Refuge is a weekly experience that helps our students from 7th -12th grade thrive at both school and home. We want to journey alongside each student as they navigate the highs and lows of Jr. high and high school. On Wednesday evenings, we worship, listen to practical teaching, and break into age and gender based small groups to take the conversation deeper. Our desire is to create an engaging environment where students can explore their faith and find community among peers and adult leaders. On Sunday mornings we have “Dig Group” that are smaller age based discipleship groups. This time is focused more on digging deeper into God’s word and wrestling with scriptural topics.
We would love to have you join us on Wednesday nights from 6:45-8pm and on Sunday mornings at 10:30am.
Refuge is defined as “a condition of being safe or sheltered from trouble or danger.” Refuge is who we are. It’s not just a place or a building but it is a state of being. Refuge in its name implies that there is an expectation to those who enter in to it. We are called to be refuge to others. Scripture refers often to God being our refuge. For those who know Him find safety and comfort in His presence. For those who do not, He has called us to be that for them. Refuge is a place of help, encouragement, restoration, and unconditional love. God has called us to be REFUGE!

I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2014 and am a native of Colorado Springs. One of my greatest passions is loving on and investing in students 7th-12th grade.
